  2. Boiled potatoes and mesh it.add all chopped vegetables, coriander leaves,add all dry masala,boiled pulses, soaked daliya n bread crumbs.add lemon juice and garam masala,combine well.add schezwan chutney and mix it well.
  3. Give the kabab shape from the dough.simillarly make all kabab.take a kadhai and heat the oil.coat all kabab in semolina and put it in fridge for ten mnt.when oil is hot fry kabab on medium flan.fry golden brown in both side.take out in pepper nepkin.
