- Make ready As per taste Salt
- Get 1/4 cup Oil for cooking
- Prepare For Tempting:
- Make ready 1 tbsp Pure ghee
- Get 10-12 thin Ginger slice
- Prepare Few crushed Cashew
- Take For Garnish:
- Make ready 1 tbsp fried brown Onion
- Make ready 1 tbsp Crushed Cashew

- Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion,fry till brown in colour
- Now add mutton and mix well till change the mutton colour

- Add tomato paste and stir again, - Now add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes
- Add 1/2 cup water gradually and stir in between cover and cook untill mutton is tender
- Now add grind cashew and spices paste and mix
- Add water (required consistency of shorba) and mix, - Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
- For Tempting, heat pure ghee in a pan add sliced ginger and Crushed cashew
- Now pour this hot tempting in mutton pan and cover it.
- Now Mughalai Darbari gosht is ready to serve, - Garnish with some brown onion,crushed cashew and with chopped coriander leaves.
