  1. Soak moth daal in water after washing it 2 to 3 times for 5 -6 hours.

  3. Take out moth in a pan again wash and steam them for 5 minutes in a steamer or add a little water in a pan and boil for 2 to 3 min. Over boiling may result in pissing the sprouts
  4. Drain and cool
  5. Chop onion tomato cucumber and of chillies finely. Chop coriander leaves also and keep aside.
  6. Add in a big bowl moth, chopped salad items, salt, lemon juice and chat masala and mix well
  7. Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve tasty and healthy sprouts chat.
  8. Though it takes just 5 minutes cooking time but pre-prepration time it may take 24 hours for soaking and sprouting. This time may even increase during winters.
