- Add the tomato paste along with the dry spices and cook till the masala release oil.

- Cover it and cook for sometime then add water in it. As I used drumsticks, so I add the drumsticks in this stage. Again cover it and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
- In the meantime prepare the yoghurt mixture by adding gram flour and water. Mix it well.
- Add the yoghurt mixture into the vegetables. Allow it to boil for sometime.
- Then add sugar and mix well and switch off the flame.
- Heat a tadka pan and put remaining mustard oil in it and put the chopped garlic in it and cook till they become brown in low flame.
- Then add this to the kadhi and immediately cover the kadhi for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes mix the kadhi. Now your burnt garlic flavour vegetable kadhi is ready. Serve with rice.
