  3. Heat oil in a cooker add 2 tablespoon onion saute till golden colour now add cinnamon, bay leaves & add mutton saute for a while
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli turmeric and salt mix it well add 1 or 2 cup of water & pressure cooked mutton till it's become soft
  5. Now open a lid of pressure cooker sautee mutton till oil comes from sides or above
  6. Remove all oil from the mutton and keep it in another pan. (This is for tempering)
  7. Now in a big pot add wheat and barely mashed it well now add chana dal mixture mix & mashed it all well
  8. Now add mutton masala in it mix it well on low flame
  9. Now take a pan (in which you keep oil) add remaining onion saute till brown colour when it's done remove from oil and make a paste
  10. Now add this paste in a whole mixture and mix well
  11. Now add garam masala, green chilli and coriander mix well and stir continuously.
  12. When it's come to boil off the flame
  13. Now again heat remaining oil in pan and pour it on a haleem
  14. Serve hot with lemon
