You must have heard of Kheer but of rice, we have brought a completely different recipe for you which kacche aam ki kheer, and you won't believe. This is a delicious rava mango kheer very very taste even served as desert. This mango kheer is the most chilled dessert you can have this summer.
To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have raw mango kheer using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Raw mango kheer:
- Make ready 2 -Raw mango
- Take 1 litre-milk
- Make ready 1 small piece-Alum(phitkari)
- Make ready 1 cup-suger
- Take 1 tsp-cardamom powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp-saffron stands
- Prepare 1/2 cup-mava
- Get 2-3 tbsp-chopped almonds and pistachios
- Make ready 1/2 tsp-saffron (soaked in 2 tbsp hot milk)
- Take Water as required
In a serving dish,add mango cubes,cream,mango rice kheer. Garnish with mango cubes,dry nuts and refrigerate until chilled. Since it is mango season, i thought of making mango recipes to share it. The first one which came Now take mango in a blender,puree smooth.
Instructions to make Raw mango kheer:
- Wash,peel and grate raw mango. Keep it in a bowl with alum and 2 glass of water.cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
- After 4 hours keep grated raw mango in a strainer and wash them well under the running water. From this method all sourness gone of raw mango. Remove from water and keep it in strainer.
- Boil milk in a kadhai. When it comes to boil reduce heat from high to low..add grated raw mango in boiled milk. Cook on low flame. Stir continuously.
- When the kheer starts thickens and the raw mango gets softened add saffron milk into it.add Suger,mawa and cardamom powder and mix.
- Ad some chopped almonds and pistachios and mix.off the flame and remove kheer from heat. Cool down completely in room temperature. Keep it in a bowl in Keep in refrigerator.
- After cool down completely serve chilled raw mango kheer garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Add this into the cold kheer, add chopped mangoes as. Peel and extract mango pulp from the ripe mangoes and sieve it. In a deep pan, cook mango pulp with equal quantity of water. Prepare sugar syrup (boil Sugar with little water and boil until it is slightly thickened) and mix it with mango mixture while continuously stirring. Mango kheer is a delicious dessert made with ripe mangoes and a simple and easy to make recipe too.
