- Pre heat Appam pan and grease with oil pour batter in each cavities then cover with lid and cook in low flame until the bottom side is golden brown then flip the appam and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- After 2 to 3 minutes remove them out in plate and serve with choice of chutney or tomato ketchup.
