- Make patties of potato with red gram filling in the Centre.
- Seal the patties properly so they don’t break up while frying.marinate patties in corn flour.
- Heat oil for frying. Before putting in a patty see if it’s sufficiently hot- fumes will be visible. Slide the patty in the fry pan slowly along the side. Fry till they are golden brown. Turn them slowly so they don’t break. Keep flame on medium to ensure perfect golden brown.
