Steps to make Mango sajjige(suji ka halwa):
  1. Firstly,dry roast semolina.
  2. Then in kadai,add ghee,and roast cashews and keep it aside.Then add milk,water,sugar and bring it to boil.
  3. Now add,semolina slowly with continous stirring just to make sure,there are no lumps.
  4. Now add ghee and stir it.Then add mango puree and mix thoroughly until the mango puree has combined well with the halwa.
  5. Now garnish it with ghee fried cashews and raisins as topping and serve hot.

Sooji Halwa is a traditional but popular dessert. Sooji Halwa is delicious and a welcome treat for guests. I have done this recipe a few years ago and now decided to do another version of Sooji Halwa with little twist, turning this into an exotic Halwa beyond your belief.
