  1. Mooli ke leaves ko barrek cut karlein.
  2. Salt add krien.
  3. Achi tarah masal kar 1 hour ke liyay rakhdien.
  4. Pan mea oil garam kar ke garlic paste or crushed zeera fry krien.
  5. Mooli white part (chopped) add kar ke fry krien.
  6. Colour change hony tak fry krien.
  7. Moli leaves jo salt lagakar rakhy thy unko achi tarah masal kar or nichor kar sara pani nikal dein, mooli white part mea add krdien.
  8. Sath hi red chilli powder or haldi powder add krdien
  9. Tomato paste add krdien.
  10. Achi tarah mix krien or pani dry hony tak cook krien.
  11. Complete dry hojay or oil nikal aay tu flame off krdien.
  12. Garma garam bajray ki roti / makkai ki roti/ wheat aatay ki roti ke sath serve krien.

  14. Mooli leaves par salt lagakar rakha tha Isi liyay cooking time salt add nahi krien gay.
  15. Red chilli powder ke bajay aap green chillies bhi use krsaktay hain.
  16. Mooli ke patty (leaves) fresh honay chahiyay.
