Cheese paratha recipe is very popular and always a hit with toddlers and kids. This time when I made cheese paratha I used some sweet corn too. I just pressure cooked the sweet corn kernels. Corn and cheese are a standard team.

Steps to make Cheesy corn Paratha:
  1. Separate corn seeds from whole American corn and boil it.
  2. Grind coarsly in mixer grinder.
  3. Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic and make paste.
  4. In a pan heat oil.
  5. Add chillies ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  6. Add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute till oil seperates.
  7. Add crushed corn.
  8. Add salt, black pepper powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  9. Add grated cottage cheese and cheese.
  10. Mix well and cook for a while.
  11. Stuffing is ready. Cool down at room temperature.
  12. Knead soft dough of ingredients mentioned in' for dough' with enough water and rest for 15 minutes.
  13. Make equal balls from it.
  14. Roll out two rotis. Spread stuffing over one roti and cover with other roti. Press round edges with fingers.
  15. Cook both sides with oil till golden brown.
  16. Enjoy with tomato sauce.
