- Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan
- Put mustard seeds
- When crackle pour in the mixture
- Mix well
- Add eno and put in the grease appam pan
- Cook both sides
- Serve with chutney or sambher
It's also called Rava Upma or Sooji Upma and is a quick preparation using common ingredients. This will add more fibre to sooji upma making it a lot healthier. Serve rava upma hot in an inverted cup.
