- Place the portion of stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring all edges together in the centre.Remove the extra part.
- Slightly press and flattened with the hand. Sprinkle some flour and roll it into the chapati.
- Place the chapati on hot tawa.Cook for a while. Then flip the paratha.
- Apply some oil. Flip again and again apply some oil. Cook on both sides till golden brown spots appear on both sides.
- Matar paratha is ready. Serve with raita and pickle.
